Hello everyone! I haven't blogged in two weeks, because I have been on holiday in England with my family. I'll blog about that soon and I have Primark and Boots hauls to film too. Before leaving I wanted to blog about my birthday on the 8th of August and have a separate post on my outfit but I wasn't able to do that. As a result, today's post is huge! I'll talk about my 19th birthday, I'll show you the presents I got, my outfit and how I got ready with a video. Following my mother's advice, I invited my closest friends to Pizza Hut, for dinner and we had a lovely time.
My birthday outfit photos were taken before my makeup application in order to get the best light and those sun flares, so that's why I don't look my best. I wanted something simple and light, because it was a very warm day in Cyprus and my party was outdoors. What did I wear? A black cropped top from Stradivarius and on top of that a turquoise sheer shirt from Romwe. Also a thin, gold belt and denim shorts from Terranova. In addition, I wore the following gold accessories. A bird necklace from Primark, a bow ring from Bershka and earrings that I think are from Avon. My green sandals bought from Shoebox and my brown bag from Tally Weijl finish off the look. As for my nails (blog post here), it's mainly Essie's In The Cab-Ana. Hype my outfit on Lookbook, please.
Above you can watch the video I filmed while I was rushing to get ready, but me being my typical slow self arrived second to my birthday dinner. Nonetheless, I am pretty satisfied with the time I actually spent getting ready. It couldn't have been more than two hours. I started by putting my Dailies Aqua Comfort Plus Contacts and instead of a moisturiser I sprayed some Mac Fix +. Then I used The Body Shop Vitamin E Cool BB Cream* with the Sigma F82 Brush. Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer and LR Loose Powder were used next. After that, I used the Avon Glow Light Bronze Bronzing Powder and Sleek Candy Collection Sweet Cheeks Dollymix Blush with the Sigma F40 Brush. Gosh 316 Brush was used to blend everything on my cheeks. As for the eyes, I used the Mac Bare Study Paint Pot, The Body Shop Caramel Flirt Eyeshadow* with the Sigma E25 Brush and the Mac Carbon Eyeshadow with the Sigma E15 Brush. Eyelash Curlers and the Avon Super Shock Max Mascara for my eyelashes and Rimmel Apocalyptic Apocalips Lip Lacquer for my lips. Lastly, I used a light brown shade from the Coastal Scents 88 Original Palette with a Spoolie and Angled Brush from eBay for my eyebrows. I hope you like my video. Don't forget to watch in HD and subscribe.

Thank you so much for reading my birthday blog post. How have you spent your birthday? I apologise for not posting anything for such a long time and since uni is starting next week, I don't know when I'll be able to post anything on my blog.
